5 Easy Tips to Help You Feel Healthy this Spring

1. Eat more greens! Begin eating more salads and other greens of the season, such as kale, collards, and broccoli.

2. Skin brushing. Use a loofah or natural bristle brush to stimulate the skin.  This will rid the skin of old cells, generate new cells, and assist the natural detoxing of the skin.

3. Start a new fitness program. Get out there and walk.  Set a goal to walk 15 minutes daily and see how amazing you feel.

4. Breathe! Take a check on how you breathe. If you sit a lot, chances are you are not breathing deeply most of the time. Stop a few times a day and breathe deep into your abdomen.

5. Clean out your mind.  Write down any regrets of the past year, then throw them away or burn them and move on to more positive thinking
