Hi, I’m Jen Owen N.P

I am excited that you are here. It is my intention to help you live the best life possible by transforming your health and I am here to support you in each step along the way. I, too, have felt overwhelmed, confused, stressed, unmotivated, feeling crappy a lot, and grumpy. I have learned how to transform my own life to one of motivation, living in the moment, believing in myself, and being happy almost all the time…I’m here to show you how.

Week One

Welcome, FUN! Should-ing, and Self-Talk

Before we dig deep, I want you to get clear on a few things. How much fun is your life? You will assess the amount of fun currently in your life and the amount you desire. We will also take a look at your self-talk and what you feel you should be doing.

Week Two

Food, Forgiveness, and Emotional Freedom

We will get in touch with what you are eating, document behaviors and record your thoughts and feelings. You will discover your deeply rooted emotions around food and begin to shift your perspective.

Knowing you have the skills and tools to facilitate change is imperative to transformation!

Week Three

Food Facts, Move Your Body, Decluttering

Small changes over time make a big impact.

This week we will explore how your body and mind benefit by making good food choices. Remember, small changes over time make a big impact. You will develop a customized plan that will keep you on the right track with food and exercise.

Week Four

Mindfulness

Meditation is the key to everything you want in your life including abundance, happiness, energy, love and confidence. I will give you the tools you need to start a simple practice that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. We will also explore the power of your thoughts and I will teach you how to switch from negative to positive thinking.

Week Five

Supplements, Sex Hormones and Stress

This week we will go over 1) nutrient deficiencies + supplements 2) sex hormones 3) how you want to feel every day. Week Five is powerful check-in with your body resulting in your understanding of your symptoms and what you need to adjust to feel your best.

Week Six

Gut Health, Illness Timeline and Self Kindness

The gut is the root of all health, when not functioning properly it is difficult to fix anything else. This week we will explore possible gut imbalances and the connection between emotions and illness throughout life. We will banish negative self-talk for good with a simple self kindness technique.

Week Seven

Celebrate and Get Clear

In the final week, you will reflect on what you have learned, bring your desires to fruition, and celebrate the health transformations you have made along the way.

About the Course:

I have put together content in a self-paced e-course to help you conquer your health and wellness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, change your eating or exercise habits, have a better daily attitude, or just love your life more, my course will help. You will receive 7 weekly e-mails beginning on May 1st with links to your lessons. Lessons will include activities for transformations in your body, mind, and soul. You may do all of them or pick the ones that resonate most with your goals. You will also be given the *optional* access to our members-only Facebook group. In the group, you will be able to share your thoughts and questions and connect to others who are also on this journey, so you can learn from one another, and me!

**This is a no-pressure course designed to help you make specific and long-lasting changes. You have access to the content for as long as I am running the course (hopefully a very long time), including all future upgrades totally FREE. You are able work through the content at a pace that works for you and repeat it as often as you like, or you can do it weekly with the group.

How much does the course cost?

$97

Will the course take a lot of time?

Each week, you might spend 15 minutes to several days, depending on how much you want to invest and how much you need work on certain topics. The time you spend is completely up to you. The content comes out to you once a week, but you can start it whenever it’s convenient for you. There is no pressure. The course could take as little as 7 weeks, or a year, it doesn’t matter.

What if I get really behind?

Don’t worry. Once you are in the course, you have access to the content for the life of the course. You are also allowed to repeat it with each quarterly session. You really can’t get behind since there is no time limit.

What if I’m not on Facebook?

I have had several people who are not on Facebook and do not wish to be. No problem. If you get stumped, have questions, or need support, you can e-mail me personally and I will help you. Facebook is not a requirement, just a bonus. I do hope to add other forms of support groups in the future, which you will, of course be a part of since you are in for the life of the course.

Am am already one of your patients, do I really need this course?

Most of my patients see me once every 3 months or less. This course combines everything I did and currently do every day to better my health and my life. I cannot possibly share all of this with you in the limitations of medical appointments. This course is a great adjunct to the work we are doing together.

How did this course come to be?

One day after looking back at all the growth I have experienced and all of the life lessons I have learned, I thought to myself that I should share all of this information with others. When I sat down to write it all out, the thoughts just poured out of me. Just like you, my life has had its ups and downs. I have had struggles, health issues, and have felt great resistance to change. Through countless books, webpages, E-courses, Facebook groups, etc., I have found some amazing tools that have made all the difference in getting me to the life I most desired. I would be so honored to share them all with you.
